1. Service

Exact Delivery Ltd (registered in England & Wales) provides courier services across UK mainland postcodes — from a single item up to a full van load. Booking via this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

All bookings are paid in full at confirmation via Stripe. Quoted prices include the published per-leg floor surcharge; no day-of fees apply provided the booking matches the items, floors, and lift information supplied, except for re-attempts (see §3).

3. Time windows & attempts

Time windows are our target, not a guaranteed arrival time. We'll contact you before the driver arrives.

Your price covers one collection attempt and one delivery attempt. Please make sure someone is available at each address, both parties know about and agree to the booking, and the details you give us are complete and correct.

If the job can't go ahead when our driver arrives for a reason on your side — nobody is available, the items are refused, or the details were wrong or incomplete — any re-attempt is charged extra, at a price agreed with us.

4. Cancellation & refunds

We're happy to cancel or refund a booking — reach out, so we can understand what's changed and find the best outcome.

5. Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to operate the service: contact details, addresses, and payment metadata. We never sell data to third parties. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Mailgun handles transactional email.
